Annual award awarded to the leadership team based on their team’s Engagement Pulsecheck Result. The ask was to redesign a coin, however, our team wanted the opportunity to redesign and showcase this ‘award coin’. We worked with Nikos Kallas, of MET Fine Printers, to create a custom acrylic award and it's beautiful sustainable bamboo custom packaging.
The result is a timeless and collectable award piece that recipients would be proud to showcase in their office.
